Shradhanjali started in 1980 with the aim to gather the wealth of the natural world as expressed through flowers, foliage and seeds and convert this into beautiful products in a conscious and caring way. The complete range includes Handmade Paper Greeting Cards, Handmade Stationery, Handicraft Items, Interior Items, Household Items, Products With Seeds, Seeds Jewelry and others. At each stage, the manufacturing process is characterized by a conscious intention to work harmoniously with Nature and to create products which embody beauty and perfection. Simultaneously, it provides a pleasant, stimulating, enriching and empowering working environment for the people (mainly women from the surrounding villages) it employs. Profits generated by the business are channeled back into the community of Auroville for its maintenance and development.
